The MILLIPLEX® Human Autoimmune Autoantibody Bead Panel is a 20-plex kit to be used for the simultaneous detection and profiling of any or all of the following analytes in serum and plasma samples: Anti-C1q, Anti-Centromere Protein A (CENP-A), Anti-Centromere Protein B (CENP-B), Anti-β 2-Glycoprotein, Anti-Jo-1, Anti-Ku, Anti-Mi-2, Anti-Myeloperoxidase, Anti-Proliferating cell nuclear antigen A (PCNA), Anti-Alanyl-tRNA synthetase (PL-12), Anti-PM/Scl-100, Anti-Proteinase 3, Anti-Ribosomal P, Anti-Ribonucleoprotein (RNP), Anti-RNP/Smith (RNP/Sm), Anti-Scl-70, Anti-Sm, Anti-SSB/La, Anti-SSA/Ro52, and Anti-SSA/Ro60.
